Holding an MA in industrial-organizational psychology, DeeDee’s thesis research examined the impact of leader humility on employee innovation and trust. DeeDee is an advocate for encouraging curiosity, humility, and humour in the workplace, believing authentic experiences can allow individuals, teams, and organizations to thrive. DeeDee channels this passion for leadership into her role as our Program Designer, leveling-up our program content and creating a cycle of continuous improvement. DeeDee truly elevates all that she does.

When away from her desk, DeeDee can be found in the BC backcountry, training for a triathlon or playing with her adventurous cat, Layla.
