SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Team Development for the Senior Leadership Team is a bespoke and emergent offering. These folks are responsible for operating the business day to day and are required to work as a team. Our goal is to remove the silos to build cross-functional collaboration and create the conditions for ultimate team work.

Our Approach

1:1 Interviews

We begin by taking stock of where the team is now through 1:1 interviews with each leader, and the completion of 360 assessments in support of determining the key areas of focus for leaders individually, and as a team.

Leadership Assessment

Each leader will complete the Leadership Circle Profile 360 Assessment followed by a 1:1 debrief. Leaders will dive into their feedback, explore areas of focus, and create a plan to increase their leadership effectiveness and bring their best self to the team.

8 Emergent Sessions

A series of sessions are designed to support the team’s development, and do the work required to present as a strong, aligned team and move the organization forward in a meaningful way.

1:1 Coaching

In support of their leadership development, we will provide 1:1 coaching between each team session, to continue to build self-awareness and move individual leadership goals forward.

  • Upon completion of the development program, senior leaders will exhibit improved strategic thinking capabilities. They will be able to clearly articulate the organization's strategic initiatives and goals and ensure their teams are aligned in understanding and executing these objectives. The leadership will be adept at connecting the dots between the ELT's vision and the operational implications for their respective departments and between departments.

  • Successful outcomes will include increased collaboration between departments, as senior leaders work closely together to break down silos and implement strategic initiatives in a coordinated manner. The leadership will foster a collaborative culture that encourages sharing of knowledge, resources, and best practices across the organization to drive collective success.

  • As a result of the development program, senior leaders will become more adaptable and resilient in the face of change. They will be better equipped to manage uncertainty and embrace new challenges.

  • The developed leadership team will be skilled at making informed, data-driven decisions and effectively prioritizing initiatives based on the organization's strategic goals. They will be able to balance short- term requirements with long-term objectives, ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives without compromising daily operations.

  • The leadership development program will help senior leaders refine their leadership skills, such as effective communication, delegation, and performance management. They will be able to empower and inspire their teams, creating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

  • A successfully developed leadership team will lead to increased employee engagement and satisfaction. By fostering a positive work environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and growth, Senior Leaders will create a strong sense of purpose and commitment among their teams, especially between head office and operations.
