SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Team Development for the Senior Leadership Team is a bespoke and emergent offering. These folks are responsible for operating the business day to day and are required to work as a team. Our goal is to remove the silos to build cross-functional collaboration and create the conditions for ultimate team work.

Our Approach

1:1 Interviews

We begin by taking stock of where the team is now through 1:1 interviews with each leader, and the completion of 360 assessments in support of determining the key areas of focus for leaders individually, and as a team.

Leadership Assessment

Each leader will complete the Leadership Circle Profile 360 Assessment followed by a 1:1 debrief. Leaders will dive into their feedback, explore areas of focus, and create a plan to increase their leadership effectiveness and bring their best self to the team.

8 Emergent Sessions

A series of sessions are designed to support the team’s development, and do the work required to present as a strong, aligned team and move the organization forward in a meaningful way.

1:1 Coaching

In support of their leadership development, we will provide 1:1 coaching between each team session, to continue to build self-awareness and move individual leadership goals forward.
