We support Executive Teams to work together in a way that causes successful business transformation, while addressing the realities of what the organization needs from them today. As an in-person offering only, we will work together to uncover the candid conversations and practical skill-based learning required for authentic team development in the context of the real opportunities and challenges the team is facing.

Our Approach
1:1 Interviews
We begin by taking stock of where the team is now through 1:1 interviews with each leader, and the completion of 360 assessments in support of determining the key areas of focus for leaders individually, and as a team.
Leadership Assessment
Each leader will complete the Leadership Circle Profile 360 Assessment followed by a 1:1 debrief. Leaders will dive into their feedback, explore areas of focus, and create a plan to increase their leadership effectiveness and bring their best self to the team.
8 Emergent Sessions
A series of sessions are designed to support the team’s development, and do the work required to present as a strong, aligned team and move the organization forward in a meaningful way.
1:1 Coaching
In support of their leadership development, we will provide 1:1 coaching between each team session, to continue to build self-awareness and move individual leadership goals forward.
