As the Operations Manager at ViRTUS, I bring a dynamic blend of organizational expertise, client engagement, and community leadership. My career began in the dental field, where I worked as both a dental assistant and office manager, developing strong skills in operations, team coordination, and patient care. I later transitioned to Rare Earth Project Marketing as a Buyer Experience Liaison, where I further refined my ability to create seamless experiences and build meaningful relationships.

Beyond my professional roles, I am passionate about community building and philanthropy. I founded and managed “The Village,” a supportive Facebook community for moms, and combined my creative talents with purpose by pursuing photography projects to support animal welfare. Most importantly, I’ve cherished the opportunity to dedicate time to raising my daughter, a role that has profoundly shaped my perspective and approach to leadership.
