Sabrina Desjardins

As the Operations Manager at ViRTUS, Sabrina brings a dynamic blend of organizational expertise, client engagement, and community leadership. Her career began in the dental field, where she worked as both a dental assistant and office manager, developing strong skills in operations, team coordination, and patient care. She later transitioned to Rare Earth Project Marketing as a Buyer Experience Liaison, where she further refined her ability to create seamless experiences and build meaningful relationships.

Beyond her professional roles, she is passionate about community building and philanthropy. She founded and managed “The Village,” a supportive Facebook community for moms, and combined creative talents with purpose by pursuing photography projects to support animal welfare. Most importantly, she’s cherished the opportunity to dedicate time to raising her daughter, a role that has profoundly shaped her perspective and approach to leadership.
