(She/her) Collaborative and empathetic, Stephanie brings a strong background in learning and development, instructional design, and leadership coaching to her role. She is dedicated to creating culturally relevant environments that foster quality performance, respect, and accessibility.

Stephanie has over 20 years of professional experience spanning various corporate sectors, post-secondary education, secondary education, and curriculum development. In Stephanie’s last role, she worked within a variety of corporate sectors, where she created learning platforms, programs, and leadership initiatives. Her areas of focus included leadership development, succession planning, performance management, organizational purpose development, business development, change management, and executive coaching.

As our Program Designer, Stephanie creates customized solutions and designs leadership development programs that address the business needs of our clients. Stephanie creates and oversees the development of engaging and effective content, that meets the key learning objectives and is in alignment with ViRTUS values and principles.

Stephanie lives in Nova Scotia. Away from her desk, Stephanie can be found wrangling her two golden retrievers, Huxley and Harper, and enjoying the outdoors along the Atlantic coast.
