FACILITATORS & COACHES

We’re delighted that you’re interested in joining our team. Below outlines the minimum criterion for us to consider your application to join our team as a Facilitator and/or Coach. If the experience and skills below resonate with your backround, we’d love to talk to you  The interview process can take some time and involves multiple interviews with our team because cultural fit is hugely important to us. It’s hard to join our team on purpose: our clients expect world-class results, an amazing culture, and that we practice what we preach.


Work Experience

CEO/Executive, entrepreneur, or head of learning or leadership development for an organization
15+ years of business experience


Facilitation Experience

Min. 3-5 years of leadership development, external group facilitation, and training/consulting experience
You are okay with the expectation of 9+/10 Likelihood to Recommend (L2R) scores from learners
Coaching designation is helpful but not mandatory (for Facilitators)
You are comfortable with virtual facilitation (for example: Webex, Avayalive, Google Hangouts, GoToMeeting, etc.)

You need to have availability to be at our quarterly team growth and learning experiences


Business Development

You are expected to contribute to the growth of the business. The majority of our business is through referral and networking – cold calling is not something that is a part of our culture.
