(She/Her) There are few people as exuberant and joyful as Liz Klein. Her joie de vivre, coupled with her wisdom and experience, make her an incredible facilitator and colleague. In September 2021, Liz added ‘Program Designer’ to her ViRTUS repertoire, with a focus on blended and e-learning development. Liz works closely with our clients and content team to develop ViRTUS programs that set us apart. She embodies ViRTUS’ Core Values, making her an incredible ambassador of our culture. 

Prior to joining ViRTUS, Liz led a dedicated team of leadership development managers and learning specialists at FortisBC in her role as the Manager of Talent Development. Before joining FortisBC, Liz led and developed people at Delta Airlines and Rogers Communication.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys a whole other kind of adventure—raising two kids in sunny White Rock, BC. It’s the perfect home base for hot yoga, paddle boarding, bike rides around town, and building sand-cities on the beach!
