Values-driven and people focused, Åsa is a design and culture champion. With a deep curiosity and an innate ability to ask great questions, she gets to the crux of our leaders’ sticking points.

Åsa has over fifteen years’ experience developing leaders. After getting her start in instructional design and recruitment, Åsa hit her stride in the people and culture space. Prior to joining ViRTUS, Åsa held a tenured position at a rapidly growing organization and fellow Vancouver B Corp, making an impact with leaders across the globe. As our Program Designer, Åsa creates leadership development programs that address the business needs of our clients, with a particular focus on blended learning. She designs and oversees the development of engaging and effective content, infusing client values and culture into a learning experience that drives sustained leadership growth.

Away from her desk, Åsa can be found hiking the North Shore, volunteering on the Swedish School of Vancouver Board of Directors, and spending quality time with her young family and dog.
