Colleen’s coaching philosophy centers on focus, clear communication, and disciplined decision-making. She empowers leaders and teams to navigate difficult conversations and harness emotional intelligence, particularly in complex environments where stakeholder management, influence, and cultural competence are critical.

As a former chief marketing and communications executive in professional and financial services, Colleen has coached C-Suite executives through critical communications, mentored top talent, and led teams through significant transformations. Her executive experience includes TD securities, Humber River Hospital Foundation, Deloitte, KPMG, and EY. She is an agent of change, a diversity advocate, and an innovation champion, fostering collaboration and confidence in her teams and clients.

Colleen holds an MBA from the University of Toronto. Her coaching credentials include an ACC from the International Coaching Federation, BCC Board Certified Coach, and ACPEC – Advanced Certified Professional and Executive Coach designation from the College of Executive Coaching in California.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Colleen is a lifelong learner with an avid interest in fitness and adventure. She actively contributes to health advocacy through board involvement, teaching, and hands-on participation. Notably, she recently earned her Climate Competent Board Designation. Colleen calls Toronto home.
