Tana’s incredibly accomplished career is a testament to her excellence, profound wisdom, and integrity. Deeply committed to service to others, she creates the safety and presence to allow for profound growth in any setting, which naturally leads to powerful results.

Tana was the recipient of the International Coach Federation Vancouver Chapter 2016 Coach Impact Award. She is an executive and an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience building businesses and developing leaders. In 2013 she published her first book “Awaken Your Authentic Leadership – Lead with Inner Clarity and Purpose”.

Her career has included roles such as national correspondent for CP Rail’s in-house newsletter for the $600-million Roger’s Pass tunnel project, owning a retail clothing store, consulting for the founders of the Harvard-based balanced scorecard management system, being a member of the Executive team for BC Hydro, and founding Authentic Leadership Global, Inc. – an online-based business supporting coaches globally to build sustainable businesses.

Tana holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, B.C. Canada, a PCC credential with International Coach Federation, is an Integral Coach trained through New Ventures West), is a Certified Professional EQ Analyst, a Certified Authentic Leadership Program Facilitator, and has also completed Enneagram training.

After over a decade as a facilitator and coach with ViRTUS, Tana continues to profoundly change the lives of those she serves through her leadership, wisdom, and emotional intelligence.
