A maverick with details, Oleksandra (Sasha) handles our participant experiences with vivacity and candour.

With a background in client relationships and program logistics, Sasha has seen the impact of leadership development first hand. After five years in the banking sector in Ukraine, Sasha’s passion for supporting learning lead her to Vancouver, where she has planted her roots in the education space. As our project coordinator, Sasha works closely with our program manager and content specialist to bring all the pieces together. She handles all the details that make our client experiences seamless across our programs.

Inside and outside of ViRTUS, Sasha has a deep interest in continuous learning and helping others. Sasha regularly leads pro-bono English lessons, and is a volunteer translator, supporting Ukrainians in navigating the Canadian visa system.

When she’s not moving mountains for her community, Sasha can be found unwinding with yoga, meditation, gardening and a good book.
