LEGO Serious Play Methodology

LEGO Serious Play Methodology

A large portion of our team spent the day today planning out the future of our business using the LEGO Serious Play methodology. What an amazing, inspiring, and creative way to help craft the intricacies of our Wildly Courageous Decision to be the Apple of the Consulting World. Looks like we’ll be offering the LEGO experience to our clients now too!

Here’s more information from Wikipedia on how the experience works and where it came from.

Great questions. There is actually a one-day and five-day training program to learn how to deliver LEGO Serious Play and there’s more information here: http://www.seriousplay.com. Once you have that training (the five-day training), you can then purchase the materials directly from them to deliver on the strategic process.
