The mission of a ViRTUS leadership development facilitator is to facilitate in-person and virtual sessions inside multi-year, multi-cohort programs on topics covering all aspects of leadership development.
Our driver is Emotional and Social Intelligence, and we blend it into everything we do. We believe Emotional Intelligence is the concrete foundation on which great leaders stand. We love adding people to our team who share our goal of tapping into what people already know, prompting reflection, and creating experiences where participants can learn from one another and increase their self-awareness.
Our facilitators are experts at translating theory and industry best practices to a leader’s real-life through relatable examples and practical tools they can immediately apply to their day-to-day roles. They are flexible in their delivery approach and can pivot to meet their audience’s needs, sensing where to spend more time and when to challenge participants to go deeper, leveraging a style favouring discussion, interactivity, and participant input, over theory.
