Laura Mack

Facilitator

(She/Her) Laura’s grounded and calm facilitation style creates an immediate sense of trust for a team. Because of this trust, teams can quickly develop the openness needed to tackle and process real issues.

A ViRTUS facilitator for almost a decade, Laura works with our clients both virtually and in-person. Laura is also the CEO of Authentic Leadership Global, Inc., developing and delivering programs, training coaches and facilitators internationally. She has facilitated Authentic Leadership Conversations in several sectors, including corporate, health care, municipal and federal government.

Laura completed an Executive MBA at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University. She participated in the Americas program, studying in Brazil, Mexico, and the USA. She earned a Bachelor of General Studies in SFU’s Liberal Business Studies Program, graduating with distinction.

Laura is very passionate about non-profit work. For example, she facilitated #BESTYOUth, an emotional and social intelligence program designed by ViRTUS for youth. Laura has volunteered with the North Shore Restorative Justice Society for many years, co-facilitating restorative justice files and serving on the board.

Away from her home office, Laura enjoys hiking the North Shore of Vancouver with her rescue dog, Luna and gathering with friends to share good food and laughs.
