Brilliant, warm, and fun, Kiran is a dream facilitator and coach.

Our Calgary-based colleague began facilitating and coaching in 1998 when she supported over 375 individuals in change management and career rebuilding. Her passion for coaching and leadership development led her to TELUS. There, she developed new and high potential leaders as part of a team that transformed their leadership and learning culture. During her tenure at TELUS, she held a position on their Diversity and Inclusiveness Council and oversaw leadership development for TELUS’ women’s network. Kiran’s started with ViRTUS as a client, partnering with us to develop and implement TELUS’ award-winning high potential program.

In 2014, Kiran got married, creating a blended family; these exciting life changes prompted her to follow her dream of becoming an independent consultant. Kiran has since become an essential part of the ViRTUS team. She simultaneously works independently with several other corporate clients, supporting culture transformation, leadership development and change management.

Kiran completed the Executive Coaching Certification at Royal Roads University in 2017. She is certified in EQ-i 2.0, DDI and The Leadership Circle. Kiran also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Calgary.

When she’s not busy with her work, Kiran she spends her time with her family, traveling, cooking, and reading.
