As a consultant, Erica has worked in Canada and the USA for over 25 years. Her experience spans many industries such as healthcare, transportation, automotive, tech, real estate, banking, government, mining, R&D, and utilities. Erica’s clients include Fraser Health Authority, PHSA, Center for Drug & Research Development, Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver, Tolko, Liva Nova, Vancity, ICBC, Seaspan Ferries, Minerva, Great Canadian Gaming, and BCIT. She has played a key role in many large-scale initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. In short, Erica’s experience makes her an asset for any team from C-level to front-line, including unionized employees and union Executives.

In addition to her practical experience, Erica has a strong academic background. Erica has a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations. Since she is a life-long learner, her list of certifications is continually growing.

Outside the corporate world, Erica likes to embrace life with her two teenagers.
